Facilities is poor, gym equipment is very old and not function well. So noisy in early morning, some guest do karaoke at 6 am in the morning. Tap water in the toilet is kinda broken. Variety breakfast is OK but there is ants in the pudding.

Please review the category of the hotel, is it a four stars hotel

The hotel doesn’t look as a four stars hotel because the facilities are not good and the shower doesn’t work well and cannot be fixed. The parking lot very limited

Disappointing experience in Golden Flower Hotel Bandung

My recent stay at Golden Flower Hotel Bandung was profoundly disappointing. I booked four rooms, and the experience was marred by a series of unacceptable issues, reflecting a severe lack of service and maintenance.The check-in process was chaotic. A male staff member took an excessive six minutes to locate my booking, then abruptly left me with another staff member without explanation. This set the tone for the hotel's poor service.Upon entering our rooms, we discovered three were in a deplorable state: dirty carpets littered with hair, sweat-stained pillowcases, broken bathroom lights and toilets, non-functional telephones and room doors, and a non-working refrigerator. Bathroom amenities were also missing. Despite our complaints, the hotel's response was dismissive, citing full occupancy as an excuse for inaction. A simple request for replaced pillowcases went unfulfilled until 11 PM. The presence of green mold on the bathroom door, a clear sign of neglected housekeeping, was particularly appalling.Breakfast at the Lotus restaurant was another disaster. At 7:40 AM, all food was depleted. It took an astonishing 66 minutes to replenish just three fruit items, and other dishes remained empty, forcing guests to contend with scraps. This blatant disregard for guest experience was unacceptable.Check-out was equally frustrating. There was no concierge or bellboy assistance, and a reception staff member with thick glasses curtly told us to "just wait," leaving us stranded in the lobby.The basement parking was a nightmare: narrow, poorly ventilated, and riddled with pillars. Without parking attendants, our car sustained two deep scratches on the front left door.In conclusion, Golden Flower Hotel Bandung is a hotel to be avoided. The substandard facilities, incompetent staff, and lack of basic upkeep are inexcusable. The fees charged are in no way justified by the abysmal experience provided. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Call 2 times to ask receptionists to check our air conditioner but 16 degree feels like 21 degree. Water shower sometimes during peak hour , no water comes out.The toilet/shower room, both floor trap water during wet. Not good due ti can cause slippery.

Location near to Alun-alun

Room dirty, floor carpet dirty, bathroom and toilet dirty, hot water not available in the morning, bed dirty, definitely need total maintenance, breakfast average, car parking not free

The location is strategic, situated in the heart of Jakarta. It is within walking distance of the Braga area—kudos for that!

I arrived at the hotel at 6 PM local time, checked in, and received a room that did not match my booking preferences. Since the reservation was made through Agoda, I initially accepted the situation as it involved a third party. However, the experience quickly went downhill.The first room had a malfunctioning wardrobe. When I reported it, the staff explained that it could only be opened partially because it was broken. Reluctantly, I accepted this. The second room was even worse, with a faulty air conditioner that only blew air without cooling. Although they sent someone to repair it, the issue remained unresolved.I informed the staff that I was heading out for dinner, hoping the room would be fixed upon my return. Unfortunately, after four hours, nothing had improved. When I asked for an update, the receptionist casually mentioned that the indoor or outdoor unit was still under repair. This level of service is unacceptable. Your staff needs proper training—send your receptionists to a customer service class.I traveled from outside Indonesia and needed rest. After insisting on a functional room, it took another 1.5 hours to provide me with one. This is far from satisfactory.To make matters worse, the water pressure on level 5 in the morning was terrible, and there was no hot water at all. My advice: find a better place for the price you’re charging—it’s not worth it.This experience has been deeply disappointing. Do better.

I suggest at the level 5 there should a have a garden near the window so it look very nice. I could see long grass near window. The shower tap sometime running fast sometime low,

Excellent location, relatively near the train station. Nearer still to retail & entertainment centers; lots of restaurants, shopping malls, and tourist attractions within walking distance. The hotel overall had a family-friendly vibe. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Concierge staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was visibly old and dirty. There were dark stains on the curtains resembling smoke residue. The couch pillows were very dusty. Some of the tables in the room had broken legs or peeling wood, which are safety hazards. The AC vents looked old and unclean. There were minor water stains in the shower walls.The sidewalks outside the hotel were littered with graffiti and detritus. It made walking to and from the hotel unpleasant.

The hotel not in good condition. Carpet lots of cigarettes burned. For a non smoking area always smells of cigarettes plus fire.alarma always going off. You need strength to open the doors Most of the room doors broken, which makes you think of the security of the place. Too noisy at night, could be a common place for other guests..some areas in the hotel too dark to go through, if you don't want to use the lifts. For the number of guests, 2 lifts, with 1 always broken. Bathroom not clean enough.

The bedrooms and associated bathrooms need to be fully refurbished.

Location near to Paris van Java and the street is full with street performer during weekend

The hotel facilities is old need a face lift. Carpet was smelly n dirty, bathroom door cannot closed, aircond problem etc. Breakfast was ok with plenty of choices. However, didn't top it up on time. Was leave for sometime

Breakfast was good with many options, location is also good

We had to move to different rooms 3 times. Didn't get good sleep at all. 1st room had leaky toilet, no telephone unit so I had to walk to the front office when I needed something. 2nd day I asked for an upgrade to a bigger room for extra $50 a night. AC did not work. They moved us to another room with working AC but no soundproofing you can hear the traffic all night!

I love the location of the hotel,near to braga street and pasar baru ..actually it was at the middle between both attraction. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.they will iron your clothes .The breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety

The wifi of the hotel is not strong good enough, the hotel stuff like kettle,fridge was not functioning.the aircond was a bit hot.

I'm sorry I can't give you a good review, the lobby & breakfast at the restaurant is good, the staff is helpful, but I don't think I will stay here anymore.

First, I can't open the door of my room, it's stuck & I have to ask the staff to help me open it, and then after we can open it... The door doesn't have a lock on it. Kopong ??‍♀️. The air conditioner is noisy, the hairdryer & electric kettle is dirty, the pillow smells like somebody's smelly head. The toilet ceiling needs renovation also the door.

tthe room so dirtybed only have two pillows toilet was clogged aircond not working until we call them to fix they said there is wires that burned ?parking need to paid 5000rupiah even you a guestour room window facing the walking corridor so if we open our windows curtains people from outside our room can see us ?they should not put this hotel as 4 stars it in fact a 2 stars hotel only.

Worst than a hostel

This is absolutely the worst property Ive ever stayed in. This should not have a rating of 4 stars when the property is dirty, old and just smells.Carpets in the room was dirty, sheets were stained and smelly.My aircon was still leaking after they tried to fix it. No solutions, just have to live with it
